Our client with the financial services industry is seeking an Office Administrator to join their team

Responsibilities

  • Managing meetings - Preparing documentation including but not limited to arranging travel plans.
  • Handling incoming phone calls.
  • General office administration duties and ensuring the upkeep of the office are always functional.
  • Handling and preparation of several reports.
  • Perform other office duties as assigned.

Training will be ongoing to enhance the knowledge and skills required to operate successfully in this role.

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Office experience, particularly working in a Back Office/Operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Multi-tasking.
