Our client, operating within the Construction industry, is looking for an Office Administrator to join its growing team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Taking care of office reception duties, phone calls, emails, filing and greeting guests
Handling general office administration and filing systems, including scanning, organizing and filing documentation and contracts
Liaising with stakeholders, including notaries and lawyers, vendors and buyers for setting of appointments
Knowledgeable in how to fill in KYC – Know Your Customer - forms for contracts of sale purposes
Assisting with basic accounting duties
Organizing mail and couriers
Drafting company documents
Ordering of construction material, equipment and office supplies and liaising with suppliers
Organizing and coordinating travel bookings and accommodation, if and when required
Handling other ad hoc administrative and accounting requirements
Skill-sets and Requirements
Fluent in Malta and English is a must, knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset
Proficient in MS Office
Education & Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role in a similar industry is a must
