Our client, operating within the Construction industry, is looking for an Office Administrator to join its growing team. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Taking care of office reception duties, phone calls, emails, filing and greeting guests
  • Handling general office administration and filing systems, including scanning, organizing and filing documentation and contracts
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including notaries and lawyers, vendors and buyers for setting of appointments
  • Knowledgeable in how to fill in KYC – Know Your Customer - forms for contracts of sale purposes
  • Assisting with basic accounting duties
  • Organizing mail and couriers
  • Drafting company documents
  • Ordering of construction material, equipment and office supplies and liaising with suppliers
  • Organizing and coordinating travel bookings and accommodation, if and when required
  • Handling other ad hoc administrative and accounting requirements
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluent in Malta and English is a must, knowledge of Italian would be considered an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience within a similar role in a similar industry is a must
  • Minimum of A Level Education
