Our client, a well-known law firm is looking to recruit an Office Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing general administration and maintenance of filing systems  
  • Scanning, organizing, and filing client documentation while updating the client database, spreadsheets, and client folders
  • Organization of mail and couriers, cheques and credit card top-ups
  • Preparation and Dispatch of Company Packs and payment instructions and submitting the relevant documents to authorities
  • Drafting company documents and registry forms 
  • Handing internal calls, Scheduling client meetings for CSOs
  • Organizing certifications and Apostilles

Monday - Friday: Office Hours 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in an office environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to observe the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information
