GCC7 Services Ltd in Malta is currently looking for an Office Administration Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. The candidate must be a positive, creative and hard-working person who cares about people in general to join our dynamic and creative Team.

Responsibilities:
  • Forming a strong relationship with line managers to understand business requirements
  • Processing employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with the company's suppliers
  • Dealing with correspondence
  • Compiling and maintaining records etc.
  • General office administration

Skills and qualifications:
  • Fluent level of English (Maltese speaking is an advantage)
  • Must have solid experience in Office Administration (minimum of 2 years of experience) 
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet programs;
  • Manages to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Able to implement internal processes
  • Works Independently
  • Ability to organize and prioritize job tasks
