Our client who specializes in the business service industry is looking for an Executive Assistant. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Prioritize and coordinate the CEO's daily activities, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
  • Assist in planning and organizing the CEO's engagements, both internal and external
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, screening and managing incoming calls, emails, and messages
  • Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and partners
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, venue booking, and catering arrangements
  • Take accurate minutes and follow up on action items, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Make travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, records, and documents, ensuring efficient retrieval when needed
  • Assist in managing expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm

Location: Iklin

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluency in the Maltese & English language is essential
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, such as MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
Education & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
