Job vacancy: Office / Accounts Administrator 

SATARIANO is one of the longest established Companies in the bathroom, flooring, and furniture business. As a result of continued growth and expansion, we are seeking to recruit enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join the Company in the Accounts & Administration Department. 
 
The Company is seeking to recruit a mature, reliable, and energetic individual with the primary purpose is to assist the Accounts and Purchasing team.
 
Your core responsibilities will include:

• General office duties, sorting and filing of paperwork.
• Data inputting and assisting with other duties required by the Management.
• Handling all purchase orders.
• Updating data on the company’s database.
• Liaise with purchasing department for the proper issue of stock cards.
• Any other works are necessary for connection with the activity of the job.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Purchasing / Administration.
• Strong proactive approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently
• Assertive, confident with a good eye for detail
• Fluent in English and Maltese
