Our client is looking to employ a supportive arm on the administrative processes of the firm on a part-time basis. As your duties you would:  

  • Input data in MS Excel Spreadsheets
  • Reply to email relating to specific projects assigned
  • Follow-up on work processes as part of projects assigned
  • Monitor inboxes, analytics and changes in the MS Excel spreadsheets assigned
  • Send reminders to colleagues and clients informing people whilst serving as a main point of contact for the processes being monitored
  • Training colleagues on processes and cooperating with colleagues on projects assigned
  • Assisting the Partner (Litigation) with the creation and maintenance of any data spreadsheets as may be necessary from time to time

This is a 5-day week part-time role. 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in English (written and verbal)
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel (non-negotiable)
  • Analytical, detail and data oriented
Education & Experience
  • ECDL qualification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of an A level standard of education or equivalent experience in a law firm
