Practical Trading Co Ltd in Malta is now seeking a motivated Invoicing Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Daily duties:
  • Uploading invoices and managing orders
  • Handling telephone calls
  • Issue credit notes and calculate costings
  • Updating sales received through tablets
  • Helping in organizing routes for drivers
  • Responsible for online website and orders
  • Responsible for office stationery
  • Responsible for artwork related to sales file
  • Answering requests to clients on social media.
 
Applicants will preferably have:
  • Experience with a minimum of one year in administration work
  • Good educational background
  • Able to work in a team
  • Fluent in both Maltese and English
  • A smart appearance with an outgoing personality
  • Ability to make accurate and rapid arithmetical calculations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good knowledge of social media.
