Mallard Co. Ltd (Qawra Palace) in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator (Maltese Speaking) to join their team either on a full-time or reduced-hour basis (30hrs a week).

Job Role:
Due to our Hotel's growth an opportunity has arisen for an energetic person to join our Human Resources department. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with payroll and human resources administration requirements
  • Liaising with various departments and employees regarding payroll queries;
  • Preparing employment contracts
  • Registration of employees with the various authorities, preparation of forms and follow up
  • Applying for work permits and visa applications.


Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • The ability to communicate in both English and Maltese
  • Experience in a similar role and knowledge of the Indigo System will be considered an asset.
