A client of ours specialising in the construction industry is currently looking to onboard an HR Administrator. Your main responsibilities will include the following:

  • Keeping employee record up to date
  • Assisting with data inputting for various HR administrative internal processes
  • Coordinating with employees and respective government departments in relation to the attainment of relevant local work permits 
  • Assisting and supporting the HR team as required for any day-to-day HR-related matters, such as; scheduling of interviews/other HR meetings, drafting employment contracts and any other HR related documents 
  • Handling any administrative task related to the on-boarding/off-boarding of staff members
  • Supporting staff members with queries on Company HR policies and/or procedures

Working hours: 08:00am-04:30pm

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Currently based in Malta
  • Good level of English 
  • Work within deadlines
  • Good organisational skills 
  • Reliable and can work with minimum supervision  
Education & Experience
  • Proficient user on Excel
  • Previous experience with work permits and HR basic tasks would be an advantage but training will be provided
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
