Hotel Night Audit Manager

HireHound Recruitment is seeking a Night Audit Manager to join our client's team on a full-time basis. The Night Audit Manager oversees overnight operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and providing exceptional guest service during nighttime hours. This role combines accounting responsibilities with front desk supervision, maintaining smooth hotel operations and preparing daily financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support night audit staff and front desk operations.
• Review and reconcile daily financial transactions and reports. 
• Generate and distribute accurate end-of-day financial summaries.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit standards.
• Monitor security and safety during overnight hours, reporting any incidents. 
• Prepare shift handover notes and communicate with day management teams. 
• Train, coach, and evaluate night team members as needed. 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in night audit, hotel front desk, or related role preferred. 
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge. 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and manage a small team overnight. 
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
