EM&I (Group) in Malta is looking to recruit a Global Project Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Role:
Working within the Global Operations Team supporting the delivery of client projects in the oil, gas, and renewable industry. Responsible for compiling, reviewing, and arranging operational and project documents required for the delivery of operational campaigns and reporting of projects.

Experience Competencies:
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook). In addition, experience in the use of management systems eg. SAP, Deltek, Oracle, etc.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace or other similar cloud computing productivity and collaboration applications
  • Computer-based data input skills are desirable.
  • Experience in a technical role in oil, gas, or renewable industries or similar engineering environment is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in remote (cloud-based) databases with the ability to develop and implement data control initiatives is an advantage.
  • Ability to work as an effective team member with all levels of personnel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of organisational and planning skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
  • Hybrid / Flexible working – predominantly based in the company’s office premises in Malta.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and project control knowledge desirable

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to Quality Management systems, Procedures, and Processes.
  • Data collection from technical documents.
  • Ability to input data and assist with payroll activities.
  • Control the submission of documentation.
  • Interact with site-based personnel to check and input timesheets for equipment and personnel into project management systems.
  • Data upload into asset integrity database(s).
  • Input data for financial reporting on specific projects
  • Collate and issue reports on financial performance on projects as instructed.
  • Any other ad-hoc or project-specific duties as required.
