Centrecom Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Front Office & Support Clerk to join their team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidates will provide assistance in outbound calls, tracing information, assisting customers and any other administration duties.

We are the go-to outsourcing partner offering Contact Centre Services, Front Desk Services, Back Office Functions, Airline Revenue Accounting and GSA Services.

Candidates must be able to speak and write in both Maltese and English and previous experience in the customer care or administration role will be considered as an asset. This is by far an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy meeting new people every day and for those who want to start a new path in the customer care industry. Training will be provided and delivered on a full-time basis and selected candidates will also receive on-the-job exposure sessions.

Working hours:
  • One must be flexible to work Saturdays (mainly mornings).
  • Weekly hours Monday to Friday are between 07:30-16:30 (depending on which section).
  • One evening shift is mandatory between Monday & Wednesday.

Additional requirements:
  • Be computer literate, preferably in possession of an ECDL certificate.
  • A'level standard of education.
  • Quick thinking and good questioning techniques.
  • Excellent eye for detail.
  • Fluency in Maltese and English both spoken and written (both languages are a must).
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • A can-do attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative with limited supervision.
  • One must possess a clean driving license and own transport is needed.
  • This role involves different locations on a roster basis (within limited regions).
