Front Office Representative

We are currently looking for an experienced Front Office Representative to work full-time (30-40 hours weekly).
The ideal candidate should have exceptional communications skills, and a customer-centric approach, be fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese, and be IT proficient. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role together with an “O” Level or higher standard of education.
Previous experience in an aesthetic, medical or healthcare environment is an asset.
