Our client, a leader in the Financial Industry, is currently seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join their growing team of profesionals:

Duties:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and all employees, and supporting them with requests which they might have
  • Managing stocks of office supplies
  • Building and maintaining office processes and guidelines
  • Ensuring both the reception area and all meeting rooms are kept clean and organised
  • Ensuring all office equipment and appliances are kept in good working order and coordinating any maintenance as and when required
  • Liaising with the finance team to process office related invoices and managing petty cash
  • Any other ad hoc office dutes as required
