Y&P Cranes in Malta is looking to recruit a Front Office Clerk & Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.

*Candidates applying must be Maltese speaking.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests when entering the office
  • Direct visitors to appropriate persons/offices 
  • Answering telephone and diverting to necessary persons
  • Receive, sort, and mail daily postage
  • Assemble and distribute documents and manuals
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing/photocopies
  • Arrange travel/accommodation and bookings
  • Maintain office inventory and keep reception area clean
  • Health and safety basic day-to-day upkeep.
 
 Qualifications:
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in both written and speaking the Maltese language
  • Organizational skills
  • Customer service attitude.
