About the Client:
Our client is one of Malta’s largest building service companies.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors
Screening and answering calls, mail, and emails
Assisting in HR duties
Keeping reception clean, tidy, and presentable always
Issue visitors’ badges
Maintain visitor logbook
Procurement of stock and office supplies
Upsell company products
To issue the counter quotes
Keep a record of expenses
Filing, photocopying, and scanning
Responsible for the petty cash
Issue invoices and VAT receipts for any sales.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role including HR experience
MS Office proficiency
Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese.
