Front Office Administrator


Ably Resources Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their client's team on a full-time basis. Our client is one of Malta’s largest building service companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors
  • Screening and answering calls, mail, and emails
  • Keeping reception clean, tidy, and presentable always
  • Issue visitors’ badges
  • Maintain visitor logbook
  • Procurement of stock and office supplies
  • Upsell company products
  • The issue over the counter quotes
  • Keep a record of expenses
  • Filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Responsible for the petty cash
  • Issue invoices and VAT receipts for any sales

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese.
