A new role as a Front Office Administrator is now available. Reporting to the team lead your responsibilities will include: 

  • Ensuring smooth running of the day-to-day operations and act as the first line of contact with clients. 
  • Handling of incoming calls, and email. 
  • Handling bookings and diverting calls as necessary
  • Greeting clients upon arrival and manage any corresponding queries
  • Controlling inventory relevant to reception such as postage stamps, boardroom supplies, etc.
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support as required 

Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Currently based in Malta
  • Own means of transport
Education & Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
