As the Front Office Administrator, you will be working closely with the CEO and Managing Director making sure of a smooth running of the office front of house and assisting with administrative duties as needed.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the reception desk and switchboard
  • Handling correspondence and mail
  • Answering telephone calls, taking messages and directing calls as needed
  • Accounting duties, including invoicing, postings and handling of petty cash
  • Assisting with posting of newsletters
  • Delivering mail to financial institutions as requested
  • Overseeing the general filing system
  • Creating minutes of meetings and producing presentations for the CEO
  • Organizing a yearly social event
  • PA support: diary management and travel arrangements
  • Controlling office inventory and consumables
