Within this job as a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be acting as the first point of contact for the company’s clients. You will be called to handle:

Responsibilities

  • All front office operations and general office support.
  • Greet customers, ensuring they are provided with high-quality services
  • Manage customer queries, handle all correspondence and scheduling of appointments 
  • Answer telephone calls in a courteous and friendly manner while diverting calls as necessary
  • Assist as necessary in any ad hoc administrative duties
  • Handling after-sales calls & complaints

Education & Experience

  • A minimum Ordinary level of Education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Maltese, knowledge of Italian is also preferable
  • You will have a strong character and the ability to handle ‘difficult customers, understanding internally what needs to be done and following the job through to ensure that the customer is happy
  • Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach to work
  • Polite and Mature attitude
  • Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Currently living in Malta
