Our client specializing in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Front Office Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following: 

  • Coordination of company helpline such as answering calls and queries
  • Collection and coordination of collection services from establishment
  • Providing necessary office administration support
  • coordinating with stakeholdelders and visitors on the plant
  • Coordinating administrative block availibilities for training rooms, board rooms, and meetings rooms
  • Coordinating board meetings for BODs
  • Logging in sick leave requests on a timely manner on the HR system
  • Managing office supply and stock level orders 
  • Ascertaining all office equipment is in working order
  • Coordinating travel arrangements 

 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education & Experience
  • Office Administration courses are considered a plus
