Our client specializing in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Front Office Administrator. Your roles and responsibilities will include the following:
Coordination of company helpline such as answering calls and queries
Collection and coordination of collection services from establishment
Providing necessary office administration support
coordinating with stakeholdelders and visitors on the plant
Coordinating administrative block availibilities for training rooms, board rooms, and meetings rooms
Coordinating board meetings for BODs
Logging in sick leave requests on a timely manner on the HR system
Managing office supply and stock level orders
Ascertaining all office equipment is in working order
Coordinating travel arrangements
Skill-sets and Requirements
Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role
Experience with office management software like MS Office
Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education & Experience
Office Administration courses are considered a plus
