WT Global Ltd in Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Fleet Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis which will be dealing with Insurance and day-to-day tasks required by the fleets to assist the managers and ensure that administrative tasks are executed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
To handle, monitor, maintain, and liaise all the fleets insurance-related documentation
Upkeeping weekly and monthly meetings with our insurance representative
Ensuring all documentation is in order and updated
Insurance renewals and claims handling
Maintaining the LES/LESA website with all contraventions and updating sheets with the expenses
Transport Malta documentation preparation for fleet departments such as licenses/tags etc
Taxi airport permit expiries and renewals; payment handling
Documentation preparation for purchases of new vehicles
Preparation of applications in relation to grant schemes
Service bookings, vehicle maintenance, and chasing contractors in relation to vehicle repairs
Providing stakeholders with all required information
Any other vehicle-related issues/queries
Prioritise work between both departments
Any other duties in relation to the nature of the work.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and emails, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Fluent in Maltese and English languages
Experience in a similar position and insurance will be considered an asset.
