Our client is an ethical bank providing corporate solutions to a varied portfolio of clients.
- Organising and attending Board, Committee and Senior Management meetings
- Coordinating that all relevant agendas and accompanying documentation are collated and distributed on time prior to each meeting
- Taking detailed and accurate minutes, ensuring that issues discussed and all decisions taken are captured
- Following up with the Senior Management team on any action points and deadlines agreed to during Board, Committee and other meetings
- Assisting in the administration of company secretarial duties
- Coordinating travel, accommodation and other arrangements for board members and the senior management team
- Supporting the CEO and Senior Management team in general office administration
