Our client is looking to employ an experience Administrative Coordinator to join their new team. Reporting to the Head of Department you will be coordinating and supporting the day to day operations of the department. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among various departments
  • Record meeting minutes for department leads and follow up on pending tasks resulting from those meetings
  • Ensure that customer-requested changes are appropriately documented and stored in the agreed format
  • Manage and organize quality improvement initiatives for departmental processes
  • Assist in generating relevant statistics to monitor and regulate different processes
  • Provide administrative support for various reporting lines
  • Coordinate logistics and delivery of end-products to customers, as well as receiving and transferring approved materials
  • Perform any additional duties that may arise occasionally
  • Additional duties which may arise from time to time

 

 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Maltese
  • Must have motivation to pursue high quality results and strong interpersonal skills
  • Organised and proactive
Education & Experience
  • 5 years previous experience in a similar role or in project coordination
  • Minimum of an A'level standard of education
