Our client operates in a niche area and as they are growing, they would like to engage an Executive Assistant / HR Manager role to provide administrative support to Senior Management as well as to offer HR services to the company.
The Role
Efficiently supporting the CEO as required on administrative tasks
Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments and travel arrangements
Acting as the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders of the organisation
Coordinating and sitting in management meetings, taking minutes, preparing agendas and compiling reports
Handle HR related matters including performance appraisals, checking attendance sheets and ensure staff adherence to company policies
Partaking in the recruitment and training of new employees
Assist in organizing staff events, teambuilding activities, and corporate events
