Dispatch Officer

Job Description
Danish Bakery Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Dispatch Officer to join its current team on a full-time basis. 

Job Role: 
The job opportunity requires a person with a sound moral character and that he/she can carry out the assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner. The applicant is required to be an honest, organized person and happy to work as part of a small team in a growing business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Effectively plan, organize, check and dispatch sales’ orders to customers;
• Ensure that sales’ orders are dispatched on time;
• Record customer feedback received during the course of duty.

Although training will be provided, the candidate:

• Must be able to communicate effectively in Maltese and English;
• Preferably have basic computer skills;
• Have own transport;
• Be flexible to work morning and/or afternoon and on weekends.
