Customer Service Officer (Dutch and French)

Our client a well-established company within the financial services is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Officer (Dutch and French) to join their team. Your main duties here will be to:

• Engage with customers via phone and email to provide support, resolve inquiries, and contribute to customer acquisition.
• Identify and address customer needs, escalating technical issues where necessary, while offering clear and effective solutions.
• Offer detailed information and guidance on the bank’s products, services, and investment options.
• Process and follow up on customer requests, including payments, trade executions, portfolio transfers, account openings, and closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns promoting the bank’s savings and wealth management products.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Dutch and French.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are considered an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative, and customer-focused environment.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service or banking support role is highly desirable.
