Our client, offering HVAC services and supplies is looking to employ a Customer Care Representative to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand and address their needs, ensuring that service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
Monitor and maintain the inventory of spare parts, ensuring that all technicians and site personnel are equipped with the necessary tools and parts for each site visit.
Follow up with customers after service delivery to confirm they are receiving optimal value from the products/services provided.
Manage complex customer issues by analyzing problems and developing effective solutions to address and resolve customer complaints
Issue invoices and receipts for services provided by technicians.
Requirements
Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry, with a strong focus on building positive relationships and resolving inquiries effectively.
Ability to efficiently manage and organize customer files, warranties, and documentation both in physical and digital formats.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese and English
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong administrative abilities

Monday to Friday from 08.00hrs till 16.30hrs
