Terracore Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Credit Controller / Receptionist to join their team on a full-time basis.

The below duties will be assigned to the chosen candidate:

  • Chase debtors on a daily basis
  • Send statements at the end of each month to every client 
  • Resolve client problems when it comes to invoicing and payments
  • Setting up the terms of credit for new clients
  • Negotiating payment plans and setting up terms and conditions
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Greeting clients and employees at the reception
  • Book appointments with the director when needed.

Terracore’s local experience in the ground investigation has started in 1977 before and during the construction of the Marsa dock and the Malta Freeport. On the other hand our international experience has started in June1978 were Alfred Xerri Director / General Manager of Terracore Ltd., joined the Oil Drilling and Sampling Industry. The 21 years in this field have taken Alfred to France, Scotland, Nigeria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Oman, Siberia, and Pakistan where he has spent the last eight years in the Oil Industry as a Rig Superintendent, managing a workforce of about 120 employees and having all the departments reporting directly to him and that includes the Drilling, Geological, Mechanical, Electrical, and Catering Departments.
