As part of our strategy for growth, we are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Sales Administrator for our BTI Uniforms Division.
The Position:
The Corporate Sales Administrator shall be responsible to provide the first line of support to our Corporate Clients and assist our Corporate Sales Executives to establish and maintaining an excellent relationship with our Corporate Clients, promoting business growth, increasing sales and ensuring outstanding customer service.
The selected candidate shall also be responsible to manage both our existing sales pipeline and assisting in developing new business opportunities, handling customer complaints and follow-up until resolution, assisting in the preparation and follow-up of quotations and requests for proposals and acting as the link between the sales team and the operational departments to monitor the progress of sales orders and ensure efficient completion and delivery of orders.

The Requirements:
This position calls for results’ an oriented individual, who has strong business acumen and a commercial mindset, good analytical and numerical skills, and a proactive approach and ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
The selected candidate must also have:-
At least 2 years experience in a similar position
Successful track record in sales administration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Maltese, English and Italian ideally
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications and the Salesforce system
Ability to work both in a team and independently
A valid driving license.
