Capital Pest Control in Malta is looking to recruit a Company Scheduler to join their team on a full-time basis. 

The successful applicant will have the following main responsibilities:
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing calls and emails;
  • Inputting client information in our database;
  • Plotting appointments according to clients' request;
  • General office duties.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Good communication skills, to be able to read and write in English, Knowledge of Maltese would be considered an asset;
  • To work with least supervision, under pressure, and meet company deadlines;
  • No experience required but past related work would be advantageous;
  • Previous employment records;
  • A good salary package with incentives is being offered to the right applicant.
