We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Officer. The Commercial Officer will be responsible to:
- Provide support for all stakeholders within the Finance Department as well as with other departments within the Company when applicable.
- Assist in the maintenance and filing of commercial documents.
- Open and maintain client trading accounts in system.
- Monitor client account details in system to ensure that client information is complete and accurate for invoicing and contractual purposes.
- Maintain tracking sheets and facilitate the approval workflow for commercial matters.
- Update client data in accordance with requests submitted by the Sales Department.
- Prepare customer price lists in relation to their agreement.
- Oversee the distribution of agreements & Addendums to clients.
- Update tracking sheets for all contracts in process.
- Record the collection of signed client contracts.
- Assist in the monitoring of agreement terms.
- Assist with the facilitation of payments.
- Assist with the maintenance of pricing data.
- Assist with the collection of any amounts owed to the Company.
- Prepare client letters.
- Schedule client meetings to discuss agreement performance.
- Type routine correspondence, letters, contract addendums, etc.

We do this for brands owned by The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) including Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero, Fanta, Dr Pepper, Sprite, Schweppes, and Kristal. We are an independent Coca-Cola bottler and are the sole licensed bottler for TCCC products in Malta. We employ over 240 people in Malta and Gozo at our manufacturing site, offices, and distribution centres. Our Company is committed to minimising the environmental impact of our products and operations, focusing on recycling. water stewardship energy and climate protection. Through our sister company, GSD Marketing Ltd we sell and distribute TCCC products manufactured in Malta as well as import, sell and distribute other TCCC products including Cappy Juices and Powerade. We also import. sell and distribute other brands including Monster, Bavaria, Stella Artois, Berlin Beer, Lowenbrau, and Cafe' Mauro on behalf of other brand owners.
