Role Overview:

As a Commercial & Administration Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing administrative functions, HR liaison, customer relations & business development, marketing, project coordination, and operational logistics within our organization. You will work closely with management, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources & Office Administration:

• Act as the primary liaison with our HR.

• Maintain and organize office operations, ensuring a professional and efficient workplace.

• Manage insurance policies and renewals.

• Ensure workplace maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.

2. Customer Relations & Business Development:

• Meet and engage with new and existing customers, delivering presentations and developing client relationships.

• Support business prospecting initiatives to generate new leads.

• Assist in client communications, ensuring professional and timely follow-ups.

3. Marketing & Brand Management:

• Take charge of all marketing-related activities, including branding, online presence, and promotional materials.

• Coordinate with subcontractors handling digital marketing and advertising.

• Organize and oversee company participation in industry events and exhibitions.

4. Commercial & Financial Tasks:

• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and invoices.

• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with clients to ensure timely collections.

• Assist in cost control and procurement planning.

5. Stock & Inventory Management:

• Maintain and oversee stock levels, ensuring efficient inventory control.

• Organize and optimize storage areas for easy accessibility and tracking.

6. Project Coordination & Logistics:

• Monitor project timelines, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.

• Assist the engineering team with logistical support and operational coordination.

• Track deadlines, documentation, and necessary approvals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar commercial and administrative role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Experience in an engineering or technical environment is a plus.
