Our client is looking to recruit a Client Services Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the chosen candidate will:
Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and routine office tasks.
Handle local and international client enquiries efficiently, ensuring timely allocation to appropriate branches or departments.
Assist clients with queries related to sales, lettings, and residency schemes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records by entering, updating, and retrieving data as necessary.
Monitor and follow up on client referrals to third-party service providers, ensuring a seamless handover to the assigned sales or letting consultant.
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities within the scope of the role as assigned by management.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A proactive, can-do attitude with a high level of professionalism
Education and Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role (real estate experience is a plus)
