Our client is an importer and supplier of artificial and natural slab stones in Malta. As a Clerk you would be responsible to support in the daily running of operations. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Communicating with all stakeholders 
  • Assisting in stock monitoring (receiving, delivering and taking)
  • Issuing client quotation, delivery orders and invoices 

 

Working hours for this role are from Monday to Friday between 07:30 - 16:30.

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role and industry
  • Experience working within an office environment
  • Communication and organisational skills
  • Must be hand-on and have own transport
Education & Experience
  • Must be able to verbally and in writing communicate in Maltese and English
  • O'level or A'level standard of education
  • Basic bookkeeping understanding will be considered an asset
