Cab Fleet Assistant

Job Description
WT Global Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Cab Operations Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. To assist the manager and ensure that administrative tasks are executed in a timely manner.

WT Global owns a brand-new fleet of vehicles for the provision of taxicab services. It is entrusted by the current largest franchise in Malta to provide services to hundreds of its clients per day taking taxicab services in Malta, a step further, by providing extra care and professionalism in its services whilst also offering a variety of chauffeur-driven services for every occasion, including VIP transport, car hire, as well as luxury state-of-the-art executive service.

Key responsibilities:

• Organise and book cab services
• Managing all cab insurance-related matters
• Distribution of the workforce equipment
• Monitoring of all cab wear and tear
• Organisation of folders in the server together with a collection of employees documentation as instructed by the Manager
• Providing stakeholders with all required information
• Carrying out any other duties as may be reasonably assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and emails, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Fluent in Maltese and English languages
• Experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
• Maltese National.

*Training will be given to the right candidate.
