Manentia Wealth Consulting Group (MWC Group) in Malta is looking to recruit a Business Coordinator/Associate to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a new role at the Maltese Office and an excellent opportunity to drive the business forward and work alongside different teams and management.
Manentia Wealth Consulting Group (MWC Group) provides specialist advice to the High Net Wealth international community in areas of asset management,
financial planning, pensions, mortgages, and insurance. A well-established and successful Wealth Management firm headquartered in Switzerland. MWC Group has comprehensive regulatory coverage across multiple jurisdictions.
The Role:
Work with management and Financial Advisers to schedule calls and meetings
Manage advisers’ diaries and connect directly with existing clients for service meetings, re-scheduling calls
Communication with clients to follow up on action points resulting from financial advisers’ service meetings
Improving and re-designing processes for the coordination of existing clients
Approach and book clients who are introduced to the company by way of referral
Develop knowledge about products, markets, providers
Create analytical reports for the adviser team
Maintain CRM records and documentation up-to-date
Source new potential clients through Linkedin, and social media if required
Other ad-hoc projects and development of the business.
The Ideal Candidate:
Have experience in dealing with prospective clients and clients, either face-to-face, phone calls, or video calls
Is a team player and enjoys working within a unit to reach goals
Outstanding organisation skills
Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
Friendly and personable – Able to start, develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Excellent at creating rapport
Experience with Client Management (CRM) software – updating data and creating analytical reports for the team
Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams
Interest and academic qualifications in finance, economics, and markets are desirable
Fluent English is a must, Multi-lingual is desirable but not necessary
Experience working within the financial industry desirable.
*Role is full-time, office based in Sliema, Malta. MWC Group also supports ongoing professional education for personal and professional development.
