Tangshan Monopy Ceramic Co. Ltd is looking to recruit a Business Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
*This role is on a hybrid basis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for dealing with the business documents of a local company in Malta and connecting with the domestic sales department in China.
- Connecting with the sales department in China, dealing with daily business documents, and finishing related work according to the requirements of the domestic department.
- Be responsible for recording the daily business of the local company in Malta. Reporting to the supervisor and Company director by e-mail regularly, including business situation, financial situation, working progress, and working plan.
Working hours:
- Regular local working hours.
Personnel requirements：
- Good sense of working responsibility focused and careful,
- Maltese (Chinese Maltese preferred), with written and spoken English skills and business document processing skills,
- Experienced user of office software.
