Tangshan Monopy Ceramic Co. Ltd is looking to recruit a Business Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. Chinese can be the working language）
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with the business documents of the local company in Malta and connecting with the domestic sales department in China.
- Connecting with the sales department in China, dealing with daily business documents, and finishing related work according to the requirements of the domestic department.
- Recording daily business of the local company in Malta.
- Reporting to the supervisor and Company director by e-mail regularly, including business situation, financial situation, working progress and working plan.
Personnel requirements：
- Good sense of working；
- Focused and careful, Maltese (Chinese Maltese preferred), with written and spoken English skills;
- Business document processing skills, and experienced user of office software.
- Regular local working hours.
