Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Description
Hilton Malta is looking to recruit an Assistant Front Office Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.

Job Role: 
The selected candidate will report to and assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office Operation to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our guests and assist in the achievement of various departmental and hotel targets.

Requirements: 

• We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience working within a Front Office operation with knowledge of the different hotel functions;
• The right candidate would possess excellent interpersonal, leadership, and customer skills and would be proactive, creative, and able to challenge the status quo. We are looking for stability in the department; therefore, a strong intention to remain within this position for at least two years is necessary;
• Fluency in English and knowledge of one or more of the following languages will be considered an asset; Maltese, Russian, German, Italian, and French.
