Our client is seeking an Assistant Application Processing Manager reporting to the Senior Applications Processing Manager you will be responsible for collating all the necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
To provide advice and support to Processing Offices when completing citizenship applications with their clients and professional advisors. -
Acting as a key point of contact for the Company’s entire office network and its agents.
Detailed and methodical understanding and analysis of all residence and citizenship applications.
Ownership of related daily operations to ensure efficiency and control.
Collation, analysis and delivery of citizenship applications and ‘post submission’ issues.
To work as part of the broader team in delivering a diligent and timely service that will require an element of flexibility to address other tasks outside of your role, as and when they arise.
To make decisions in regards to whether to submit an application or refer to the client/processing office
Requirements
Solid previous experience in an analytical or technically demanding role
An understanding of the general market for residence and citizenship services
Enhanced communication skills with an ability to positively influence
Management skills with an ability to motivate and effectively manage people to deliver a quality service at pace and intensity
Hold the ability to explain complex information in an easy to understanding way to a group of culturally diverse individuals
Create new and strengthen existing relationships
Excellent communication skills especially, command of the English Language both written and verbal
