Michael Attard Imports Ltd in Malta is one of the leading companies within the local automotive industry and an importer of top automotive brands, and they are currently looking to recruit an Aftersales Administrator Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job main duties include:
- Dealing with customers over the phone and at the reception;
- Ordering of spare parts through a purposely dedicated website on day to day basis with follow-ups;
- Working on spare parts imports entries related to freight and costing procedures;
- Working daily Job sheets and invoices;
- Organising and processing marine claims;
- Other duties that may arise from day to day relating to after-sales.
Skills required:
- Experience in a similar position and some technical knowledge would be considered an asset;
- Fluency in English;
- Minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels, including English and Maths as well as ECDL certification;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Be creative, responsible, and ready to work with a professional After sales team.
