We are looking for a detail-oriented Administration Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and supporting various departments within the organisation.
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Dealing with clients that come into the office and be the first point of contact.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Support financial operations by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting in budget preparation.
