Our client who specializes in the legal sector is looking for an Administrator to support the team. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Advisory department 
  • Assisting the team with the preparation of quotations and engagement letters as required
  • Ongoing monitoring of mailboxes and forwarding the request promptly to the relevant advisor, whilst creating the appropriate contact/s and opportunity on the system
  • Assisting the team with the preparation of Collaboration Agreements as required
  • Conducting initial Due Diligence checks on prospective clients and collaborators
  • Highlighting challenging cases to the Senior Advisors/Compliance Team as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Updating and maintaining the department’s filing system both electronic and actual original documentation
  •  Any other task as required by the unit


Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn quick and grow within the firm
Education & Experience
  • Previous experience in an administration position is a must
