We are looking for an Administrative Officer to support the sales team in the day-to-day running and administration of the sales and marketing function as well as assisting hands-on with marketing events.
Responsibilities:
Organize and manage schedules, calendars, and appointments.
Handle phone calls, emails, and mail for management.
Order and keep track of office supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Plan and prepare meetings, including setting agendas, taking notes, and following up on actions.
Arrange travel plans, accommodation, and schedules.
Help plan and run brand events and conferences when needed.
Keep records, databases, and contact lists up to date and confidential.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as required.
Handle purchase requests and help with other projects or department tasks.Minimum of ‘O’ Level education or equivalent.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous experience in an administrative or support role will be considered an asset.
Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional environment.
