As an Administrative Clerk at Renewable Living Limited, you will play a role in supporting the operational functions of our organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Assist in the daily operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment
  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and providing information as necessary
  • Documentation: Manage the filing system, maintain records, and ensure all documents are accurately processed and organized
  • Data Entry: Input and maintain data in company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, including being able to process activity from accounts payable and receivable
  • Support Services: Provide clerical support to various departments, assisting with tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence
  • Customer Service: Engage with clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience with the company
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to facilitate project completion and enhance overall departmental productivity.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; relevant certifications or coursework in administration is a plus
  • Language Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in Maltese and English is required
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Sage, whilst also being comfortable with office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.)
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain attention to detail
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-oriented approach
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and proposing solutions in a timely manner
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently when needed.
