A temporary vacancy for an Administrative Assistant is currently available with one of Malta’s major players in the importation and distribution sector. Within this role, you will be based within the reception area and your duties will include;
- Manning the reception area, making sure it is tidy
- Welcoming and greeting guests visiting the office and directing them accordingly
- Handling incoming calls at reception and forwarding them to the relevant personnel
- Ensuring the office is well stocked and office equipment is maintained
- Ordering of consumables and stationery when necessary
- Any other Ad Hoc duties as requested by Managers
Education and Experience
- A level standard of Education
- Previous experience within an administrative / front office role is considered as an asset
- Excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English
- Must be residing in Malta

This role is being offered on a Temporary Basis of 4 months as a maternity cover.
