An Administrative Assistant position has arisen within a Legal Firm providing a wide array of services. In this role you will be mainly responsible for:

  • Providing first-line support to the litigation department 
  • Handling inquiries by telephone and e-mail
  • Maintaining manual and electronic records, including an updated court diary
  • Assisting with the inputting of timesheets, preparation of invoices, and assisting with collections
  • Carrying out AML checks on new clients, as required
  • Assisting in the drafting and filing of all legal acts at the Court Registry
  • Generally assisting the Legal Procurator with Court work
  • Other general office duties, including running errands in and out of Valletta

Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:30hrs - 17:30hrs)
