The US Embassy in Malta is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The Administrative Assistant will support the work of the U.S. Department of Justice's Resident Legal Advisor program in the development of the International Institute on Justice and the Rule of Law in Malta. The Administrative Assistant will help the Resident Legal Advisor develop, implement and manage training programs carried out by the International Institute on Justice, and will assist with logistics, budgeting, visitor support, reporting, and coordination with international partners and various components of the U.S. Embassy and the USG.
Requirements:
Two years of experience in Project Management or Office Management is required.
